MONEYS THAT
ARE TO BE RE-
CEIVED BY THE
CITY OF CHUB -
BUCK, IDAHO IN
THE SUM OF
$184,501. AND
PROVIDING AN EF-
FECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY
THE MAYOR AND
COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUB -
BUCK, IDAHO:
Section 1: That Ordi-
nance #515 , the ap-
propriation ordinance
for the City of Chub -
buck, Idaho, for the
fiscal year commenc-
ing October 1, 1999
and ending Septem-
ber 30, 2000, be the
same is hereby
amended as follows:
That the additional
sum of $151,418. be
appropriated out of
the revenues from
the Park Dedication
Fund to be used for
authorized activities.
That the additional
sum of $21,500. be
appropriated out of
the HSR, Water and
Sewer Depreciation
Revenues to be sued
for authorized activi-
ties.
That the additional
sum of $11,583. be
appropriated out of
the revenues from a
federal grant in the
Police Department to
be used for author-
ized activities.
Section 2: This ordi-
nance shall be in full
force and effect from
and after its pas-
sage, approval and
publication.
PASSED by the City
Council and ap-
proved by the Mayor
Of the City of Chub -
buck, Idaho, this
26th day of Septem.

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That SHE
was at all tithes herein mentioned a citizen of the United States
of America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk
of THE IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper,
printed and published at Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and
having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is
attached, was published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL,
