proper ltnds into which all revenue
accruing to the Village of Chubbuck
from, all sources shall be. paid during
the fiscal year beginning on the 1st
day of May, 1960, and ending on the
1st clay of May, 1961:
Revenue Bond Interest Fund
Revenue Bond Sinking Fund
GeneralBond Interest Fund
General Band Sinking Fund
Section 2: Tiiat the following sums
0f money are hereby. appropriated
from the general fund for the pay-
ment.of. all general expenses of the
Village of Chubbuck during the
aforesFltd fiscal year:

For salaries and wages,
including salaries of
Police Officer, Water

p;;� nient of the .interest acC:'uing and
payment of the principal falling due
on the Waterworks System Revenue
Bonds of 1951, during the aforesaid
fiscal year, there is hereby appropri-
ated out of the income from water
rentals, the following sums for the
following purposes:
For the, payment of interest
on said bonds $2,020.00
For the payment ,on the
principal of `8aid bonds $3,000.00
All revenue accruing from the op-
eration of the municipal waterworks
system, ip excess of the money re-
quired for payrlients on the revenue
bonds, shall accrue to the General
Fund, and he used for general pur-
poses as appropriated and set out in
Section 2 of this Ordinance.

olutions, or parts thereof, in conflict
herewith, are hereby. expressly re-
pealed, and that this ordinance shall
pe in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval, sand pub-
lication, as required by law and
shall be known as the Annual Ap-
propriation Bill of 1960."
