NOTICE
VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK
BANNOCK COUNTY', IDAHO
Pursuant to a resolution. • adapted
by the Chairman and the Boardof
Trustees of the Village `of Chubbuck
on the 26th day of April, 1960.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That
Tuesday the 10th day of May, 1960,
at 7 p.m, at the Village Hall located
at 4724 Yellowstone Ave. in Chub -
buck, Idaho, that being the regular
meeting place of the Board of Trus-
tees, in the said. Village of. Chub -
buck, 'the' Chairman and the Board
of Trustees will grant a public-bear-

to all parties interested tivho may
then and thereto show cause, if any
they have, or offer any-- objections
to the Chairman and the.l3.oard of
Trustees, why the annual tax levy
for the 'general municipal purposes
of said Village for the fiscal year of
1960-1961 shall not be fixed at the
rate of , not . to exceed twenty-five
mills per One Dollar of the assessed
valuation of the taxable property in
said Village.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN That
the Chairman attd the Board of
Trustees propose to adopt an annual
appropriation bill of ordinanue mak-
ing appropriations in anamount
which will necessitate levying taxes
in an amount not to exceed twenty-
five mills for general purposes for
the fiscal year beginning on the 1st
day of May, 1960 and ending on .the
30th day of April, 1961.
This notice is given under the pro-
visions of Section 50-1102 of the Ida-
ho Code and amendments thereto.

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That ---------she
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
