ty, Idaho, or,persons by m. with the

hounds in tracts not exceeding five

annex said adjacent tracts of land
referred to and hereinafter described,
and declare the same to be a part of
the said Village of Chubbuck, Ban -
rock County, Idaho -

County, Idaho,
