AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE
OF CHUBBUCK, C O U N T Y OF
BANNOCK, STATE OF IDAHO,
APPROPRIATING THE SEVERAL
SUMS OF MONEY DEEMED NEC-
ESSARY AND SUFFICIENT TO
DEFRAY ALL EXPENSES AND
LIABILITIES OF SAID VILLAGE

NING MAY 1, 1958; AND ENDING;
THE 30TH DAY OF APRIL, 1959
AND DESIGNATING THE DLF-
FERENT FUNDS TO WHICH THE
REVENUES RECEIVED DURING'

CREDITED AND FROM WHICH
EXPENSESSHALL BE DRAWN!

BE IT ORDAINED by the Chairman
and Board of Trustees of the Village i
of Chubbuck, County of Bannock, i
State of Idaho:
SECTION 1. That the following!
funds are hereby designated as the
proper funds into which all revenues
accruing to the Village of Chubbuck,
Idaho, from all sources shall be paid .
during the fiscal year beginning May
1, 1958, and ending April 30, 1959:
GENERAL FUND
BOND INTEREST FUND
BOND SINKING FUND i
SECTION 2. That the following
sums of money are hereby appro-
priated from the GENERAL FUNDI
for the payment of all general ex.
penses of the Village of Chubbuck '
during the aforesaid fiscal year.
(a) FOR ADMINISTRA-
TION, including office sup-
plies, legal costs and publica-
tions, wages, telephone, elec-
tion. fuel and miscellaneous $ 2,760.00
(b) STREET LIGHTING .... 780.00
(c) INSURANCE (for all
departments) 500.00
(d) GARBAGE (dumping r
facilities) ........................ . 400.00
(e) FOR FIRE DEPART-
MENT ...... ............ 600.00

SECTION 4. That the tax levy for _

Bond Interest Fund .............. 6 mills

SECTION 5..That, this ordinance
shall be known as the Annual Appro-
priation Ordinance of 1958, That all
ordinances, resolutions, or parts there-
of, in conflict herewith, are hereby
expressly repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect after
its passage. approval. and publication
as required by law.

America, more than 2i years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
