Idaho, until March 18, 1958, at the hours of 8:00 P.m. far furnishing all plant, labor, and materials and performing all work in accordance with the attach- ed specifications for the construction of water system improvements. Bids will be publicly opened and read at the above date and hour is the Village office, Chubbuck, Idaho. I, SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS —The work shall be performed in strict accordance with the specifica- tions, bidding schedule add plans, all of which are attached hereto and trade a part hereof - I1. PREPARATION OF SID A. Bid shall be submitted on form supplied by the Village of Chubhuck. , (See Sec. 2045 General Provisions of the Specifications) B. Pans and specifications may be ob- tained from Hamilton and Voeller, Consulting Engineers, 110 North 2nd Avenue, Pocatello, Idaho. A deposit of $10.00 will be required for each I set of plans and -specifications. This deposit will be returned upon sub- mission of a bona fide bid accompa- nied by the complete plans and specifications. IV. Work, shall commence within 1.0 calendar days after date of No- . tice to Proceed, and shall be com- pleted within seventy five (75) work- ing days after the date of said No- tice to Proceed. Liquidated damages for delay will not be required. The right is reserved, as the inter- est of the Owner may require, to re- ject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bids received, and to accept or rejeet any items of any bid, unless such bid is qualified by spejeific limitation.
