DESIGNATING THE DIFFERENT
FUNDS TO WHICH ALL REVENUE

PRIATIONS SHALT. BE 11HADE: PRO-
VIDING FOR THE EXPENDITURES
AUTHORIZED AN D WARRANTS
DRAWN ON THE VILLAGE -FOR

ORDINANCE TO BE KNOWN AS
THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION

WITH AND PROVIDING A TIME OF
TAKING EFFECT OF THIS ORDI-'

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIR-
MAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
OF THE VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK,
BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1. The following named
funds are hereby designated as the
proper funds into which all revenue
accruing to the Village of Chubbuck
from all sources during the fiscal
year beginning on the 1st day of
May, 1954, and ending on the 30th day
of April, 1955, shall be paid, to -wit:
General Fund
Water Works System Revenue
Special Funds for said fiscal
year,
Water System. Maintenance Fund.
Section 2. That the following sums
of money are hereby appropriated
from the general fund for the pay-
ment of all general expenses of the
Village of Chubbuck during the
aforesaid fiscal year:
1 Street Maintenance .......... $ 1500.00
Street Lights & Power .. $ 750.00
Salaries & Wages _. ., $ 4500.00
Stationery, Supplies &
Printing ............................ $ 500.00
Garbage Disposal __ $ 100.00
Fire Department Expense ,$ 200.00
For all other miscellaneous
& contingent purposes $ 6000.00
TOTAL "$13556.00
That the following susns of money
are hereby appropriated from the
Water Works System Revenue Spe-

its passage, approval and publication,

known as the "Annual Appropriation
Ordinance of 1954",

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
