BE IT RESOLVED by the Chairman
and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Chubbuck, Bannock County,
Ida-
ho. that the following estimate of
the probable amount of money neces-
sary for all purposes to be raised by
the. Village of Chubbuck for the fiscal
year commencing on the 1st day of
May, 1954 and ending on. the 30th ,
day of April, 1955, including money j
for payments of principal and inter- j
est falling due on the municipal wa-
ter works revenue bond issue and the
sinking fund's requirements there-
on, be, and hereby is, accepted by
the Chairman and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Chubbuck and en-
tered at length upon the minutes of
' said Board and published in the Idaho i
If State journal, at PGcictC's14, laaho, the
i official newspaper of said Village as
required by law, to -wit:
