NOTICE
VILLAGE OF CHIiBBUCK.
BANN0CK COUNTY, IDAHO
Pursuant to a resolution regularly
adopted by the Chairman and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Chub -
buck, at an adjourned meeting of
the Board of Trustees at 8 o'clock
P.M. May 13, 1954.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That
on Thursday, the 3rd day of June,
1954, at 8 o'clock P,M., at an ad-
journed meeting of the Board of
Trustees, in the office of the Board
in the Municipal Building in Chub -
buck, Idaho, that being the regular
meeting place of said Board in said
Village of Chubbuck, the Chairman
and Board of Trustees will grant 2
public hearing to all parties interest-
ed who may then and there show
cause, if any they have, or offer
any objections to the Chairman and
Board of Trustees why the annual
tax levy for the general municipal
purposes of said 'Village for the fis-
cal ,year 1954-1855 shall not be fixed
at the rate of twenty mills per
one Dollar ($1.00) of the assessed
valuation of the property of said
Village.
NOTICE IS FURTHER G+IVEN
That the Chairman and the Board
of Trustees propose to adopt an an-
nual appropriation bill or ordinance
making appropriations in an amount
which will necessitate levying taxes
in the amount of twenty mills for
general purposes of the Village for
the fiscal year beginning on the 1st
day of May, 1954 and ending on the
30th day of April. 1955.
THIS NOTICE IS GIVEN Under
the provisions of Section 50-1102 of
the Idaho Code and amendments
thereto.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
