TERFERE WITH, MOLEST R THREATEN OR ESIST A VIL. LAGE MARSHAL OR OTHER OF FICIAL EMPLOYED 13Y THE VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK WHILE IN THE DISCHARGE OF HIS OF. FICIAL DUTIES; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE; REPEAL- ING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN SO FAR AS THEY ARE IN CON- FLICT WITH THIS ORDINANCE; AND PROVIDING A TIME FOR THE TAKING EFFECT OF TRIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO: Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to in any way interfere with, molest, threaten or resist a Village Marshal or other official or employee of the Village of Chubbuck while in the discharge of his official duties. Section 2, Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed $100.00, plus costs, for any one offense, and in default, of the payment of such fine and costs be confined to jail provided by the Vi[]age at the rate of one day for each $2.00 of the fine so imposed. Section 3. All ordinances or parts Of ordinances in so far as they are in conflict with this Ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed., Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be In full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and due publication as pro- vided by law. PASSED AND APPROVED this 9th day of March, 1954.
