AGE OF TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS TO ANY LICENSED DEALER OR BARTENDER, EITHER ORALLY OR BY DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCIIAS- ING OR 013TAINING ALCOHOLIC LIUQOR OR BEER, PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE: PROVIDING AN EMERGENCY CLAUSE: AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CON- FLICT HEREWITH, BE IT ORDAINED 13Y THE BOARD OF TRUS'T'EES OF THE VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO: SECTION 1. It shalt be unlawful for any person under the age of twenty- one (21) years to misrepresent his age to ally licensed deale, or bartender within the Village of C1lubbuck, either orally or by documentary evidence, for the purpose of purchasing or other- wise obtaining from the licensee hold- ing either a Beer or Liquor License from the Village, alcoholic liquors or beer. SECTION 2. That it is hereby made a misdemeanor for any person to vio- late the provisions of this Ordinance, and upon conviction thereof, such per- son shall be fined not to exceed $100.00,, and upon failure to pay the fine, shall be committed to the custody of the Village (Marshal, to be confined in the County Jail, at the rate of $1.50 per day until such fine is paid. SECTION 3, That an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this or- dinance shall be in full force and ef- fect upon its passage, aprovaI and pub- lication, according to taw. SECTION 4. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances, insofar as they are in conflict herewith, be, and the same are hereby repealed. PASSED this 14th day of October, 1952.
