ORDINANCE NO. 15
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGA
OF CHUBBUCK,BANNOCK COUN-
TY, IDAHO, APPROPRIATING THE
SEVERAL SUMS OF MONEY DEEM,
ED NECESSARY AND SUFFICIENT
TO DEFRAY ALL EXPENSES AND
LIABILITIES OF THE VILLAGE OF
CHUBBUCK, FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR BEGINNING ON THE IST
DAY OF MAY, 1952, AND ENDING
ON THE 30TH DAY OF APRIL, 1953,
AND DESIGNATING THE DIFFER.
ENT FUNDS TO WHICH THE REV-
ENUES RECEIVED DURING SAID
FISCAL YEAR SHALL BE CREDIT-
ED, AND FROM WHICH EXPENSES
SHALL BE DRAWN AND PAID,
AND KNOWN AS "THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OF
1952."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIR-
MAN AND THE BOARD OF TRUS-
TEES OF THE VILLAgE OF CHUB -
BUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO;
SECTION 1. That the following earn=
ed funds are hereby designated as the
proper funds into which all revenue
accruing to the Village of Chubbuck,
from gll sources shall be paid during
the fiscal year beginning on the 1st
day of May, 1952, and ending on the
30th day of April, 1953:
General Fund
Revenue Water Bond Fund
SECTION 2, That the following sums
of money are hereby appropriated from
the general fund for the payment of
all general expenses of the Village of
Chubbuck, during the aforesaid fiscal
year:
For Salaries of Village Of-
ficials ......................................$ 4,000.00
I For Expenses in connection
with garbage disposal 500.00
For Expenses in connection
with obtaining water ......., 2,000.00
For Expenses in connection
with obtaining firefight-
ing apparatus ...................... 7,500.00
Special Legal Expenses ........ 500.00
For General Expenses ,...,. 10,500.00
Sub Total 25,000.00
For Appropriation for con-
struction of water Warks
system, per Revenue Bond
Issue ....... ............... .....I............ 70,000.00
TOTAL ... ...... .... .$ 95,000.00
SECTION 3. That all Ordinances,
Resolutions, or parts thereof, in con-
flict herewith, are hereby expressly
repealed, and that this Ordinance shall
be in full force and effect, from and
after its passage, approval, and publi-
cation, as required by law, and shall
be known as the "Annual Appropri-
ation Ordinance of 1952". •

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
