man and Board of Trustees of the l
Village of Chubbuck, Bannock Coun-
ty, Idaho, that the following estimate j
o£ the probable amount of money
necessary for all purposes to be raised
by the Village of Chubbuck, for the
fiscal year commencing May 1, 1952, ,
to April 30, 1953, is hereby accepted
by the Board of Trustees, and entered y
at length upon the Minutes of said
Board, and published in the Idaho i
State Journal at Pocatello, Idaho, there
being no newspaper published in the
Village of Chubbuck, arld said news-
paper

throughout the County of Bannock
and said Village of Chubbuck, and
which newspaper is designated as the
official newspaper for this Notice, as
required by law:

Expenses in connection With

Expenses in connection with

The entire revenue of the Village
of Chubbuck, Idaho, for the fiscal year
ending April 30, 1952, was the sum of
$18.159.00.

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That_____ she
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
