GULA R. COCHRAN, being first duly sworn., on oath, deposes
That she is one of the Secretaries for the Firm of Black,
Black & Oliver, Attorneys at Law, Pocatello, Idaho, attorneys for the
Village of Chubbuck, Bannock County, State of Idaho; that she placed a
copy of "NOTICE Of Proposal To issue and Sell Negotable Water Works
Revenue Bonds of the Village of Chubbuck "*—oma_ and Inviting and
Requesting Bids Therefor", in an envelope addressed to State Auditor,
State House, Boise, Idaho, placed the proper amount of postage thereon
and mailed the same in the United States Mail at Pocatello, Idaho, on the
11th day of June, 1952.
