INVITATION FOR AIDS
Pocatello, Idaho
February 16, 1952
Sealed bids will be received by the
Village of Chubbuck, Idaho until
March 6, 1952 at the hour of 8:00 P.M.
for furnishing plant, labor and mater-
ials and performing all work in accor-
dance with the specifications on file
at the office of the Village Clerk, for .
(a) Supplying Wateru arks Equipment
and Materials; and (b) Constructing
at above -stated hour and date in the
Village Office, Chubbuck, Idaho.
I. SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS—
The work shall be performed in strict
accordance with the specifications,
bidding schedule and plans, all of
which are filed in the office of the .
Village Cleric.
II. PREPARATION OF BID.
(a) Form of Bid — Bid shall be sub-
mitted on form to be supplied by the
Village Clerk.
(b) Proposal Guaranty — See para-
graph 20-07, General Provisions. Check
shall be made payable to Village of
'Chubbuck.
III. AWARD AND EXECUTION OF
CONTRACT —See paragraph 20-06
and Section 30, General Provisions.
IV. PERFORMANCE BOND —' See '
paragraph 30-04, General Provisions of
the Specifications

V PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS—
Plans and specifications Inay be ex-
amined at the office of Hamilton and
Voeller, Consulting Engineers, Bist-
line Building, 417 East Center Street,
Pocatello, Idaho.
PIans and specifications may be ob-
tained from Hamilton and Voeller,
Consulting Engineers, Bistline Build-
ing, 417 East Center Street, Pocatello,
Idaho. A deposit of $10.00 will be re-
quired for each set of plans and speci-
fications, This deposit will be returned
upon submission of a bona fide bid
accompanied by the complete plans
and specification9 or if no bid is
submitted, the deposit less actual cost
of reproduction, will be refunded upon
return of plans and specifications in
good cond?tion, to Hamilton and Voel•
ler, 417 East Center Street, Pocatello,
Idaho, within 5 days after opening of
bids.
VI. Work shall commence within 10
calendar days after date of Notice to
Proceed, and shall be completed with-
in 120 working days after the date of
said Notice to Proceed.
Liquidated damages for delay will
not be required.
Partial payments will be made.
(See Section 80-06 of General Provi-
sions.)
Article on patents will be made a
part of the contract.
(See Section 60-03 of General Pro -
Visions.)
The right is reserved, as the inter-
sst of the Owner may require, to re-
iect any and all bids, to waive any.
Informality in bids received, and to
accept or reject any items of any bid,
unless such bid is qualified by speci-i
fic limitation.
Envelopes containing bids must be'
pealed, marked, and addressed as fol
ows:

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
