TAGGED, ARE bECLAR- America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE ED TO BE A NUISANCE; PROVID- ING FEES FOR OBTAINING DOGS IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at IMPOUNDED; PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION OF THE FEES PRE- SCRIBED HEREIN: DECLARING AN Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation EMERGENCY; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDI- therein. NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH* BE IT ORDAINED BY THE 130ARD of TRUS EES OF THE KI LAG That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was TY. IDAHO: nVCTION 1, It shall be unlawful published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates, for any person to own or harbor any dog, bitch or pup over two (2) months to -wit: of age, within the incorporated limits of the Village of Chubbuck, without having first obtained a license there- for, as herein provided. SECTION 2. There is hereby Ievied A license fee upon each dog over the ---------- Jmif_.Rp�---------------- 19___ age of two (2) months, owned or kept with the limits of the Village of Chub - buck as follows: For every male dog over the age of __________________ two (2) months, the sum Of $3.00 Per year, or fraction thereof; and for every female dog over the age of two (2) months, which has been ----------------------------------------- 19------ ---------------------------------------- 19 spayed, the sum of $3.00 per year, or fraction thereof; and for every female dog over, the age of two (2) months and not spayed, the sum of $5.00 per ----------------------------------------- 19 ------ ------------------------- _____ ,year, or fraction thereof; provided further that when a person purchases a license for a spayed female dog, such person shall be required to pre- s---------------------------------------- 19____ ___ ______ -- ----------------------------- sent an Affidavit: from a registered ` and qualified Veterinarian that such female dog has been spayed. That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly pub - SECTION 3. SECTION 5. Any person aplying to Residence: Pocatello, Idaho the Chief of Police! for any dog that may have been impounded. shall, be- fore receiving the same, pav to the Chief of Police for the Village of Chubbuck, the sum of $1.00 per clay for each day said dog has been im- pounded, and shall, in addition, pay the license fees provided herein, be- fore such dog shall be released. SECTION 6. The Chief of Police shall turn over all fees collected un- der the terms of this Ordinance, to the Village Treasurer, with art ttem- ized statement showing the amount of each fee collected, the date of col- lection, and the person by whom the same waspaid. SECTION 7. That an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this Or dinance shall be in full force and ez feet immediately upon its passage and approval and publication, as pro- vided by law, SECTION S. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
