AN ORDINANCE AMENDING OR-
DINANCE NUMBER ONE OF THE
VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO,
BY DELETING THEREFROM THE
LAST PARAGRAPH OF SECTION
THREE OF SAID ORDINANCE
WHICH PROHIBITS THE LICENS-
ING OF MACHINES OR DEVICES IN
DENOMINATIONS OF 50c OR $1.00
PER PLAY; PROVIDING AN EMER-
GENCY CLAUSE; and REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIR-
MAN AND THE BOARD OF TRUS-
TEES OF THE VILLAGE OF CHUB -
BUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO,
SECTIIJN 1. The Iast paragraph of '
Section 3 or Ordinance No. 1 of the
Village of Chubbuck, Idaho, reading
isfollows,
"Provided further that no such ma-
chine or device shall be licensed

tions of 50c or $1,00 per play, and
such devices in such denominations
are hereby expressly prohibited."

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be

parts of Ordinances insofar as they are
