OR INTEN- TIONALLY, OR UNNECESSARILY DISTURB THE PEACE AND QUIET OF -ANOTHER. OR OF ANY NEIGH- BORHOOD, OR FAMILY, OR PUB- LIC ASSEMBLY BY LOUD OR UN- USUAL NOISES, INDECENT BE- HAVIOR, OFFENSIVE OR UNBF- COMING CONDUCT, OR THREAT- ENING LANGUAGE, OR QUARREL- ING, OR FIGHTING, OR PROVOK- ING AN ASSAULT OR BATTERY, OR USING OF VULGAR OR INDE- CENT LANGUACIY TN TH}�, PRES- ENCE OF OTHERS; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLA- TION OF ANY OF THE PROVIS- IONS OF THIS ORDINANCE, BE IT ORDAINED BY -THE CHAIR- MAN AND THE' BOARD OF TRUS- TEES OF THE VILLAGE OF CHUB - BUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDA- I3O: Section 1, It shall be unlawful for any person or persons within the vil- lage limits of the Village of Chub - buck, Bannock County, Idaho, to will- fully, or maliciously, or intentionally, or unnecessarily disturb the peace and quiet of another, or of any neighbor- hood, family, or othLr public asseTn- bly by loud or unusual noises, or by indecent behavior, offensive or unbe- coming conduct, or threatening lang- uage, 03' quarreling, or fighting, or provoking an assault or battery, or using of vulgar or indecent language in the presence of others. Section 2. Any person violating the provisions of. this ordinance shall, up- on conviction, be fined in a sum of not exceeding One Hundred Dollars, and in addition thereto the costs in- volved, and in default of the payment of such fine and costs to be confined in fail at the rate of one day for each $1,50 of such fine and costs so im- posed. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and ef- fect from and after its passage, ap- Froval and publication as required by aw.
