Motion to enter into an Executive Session in accordance with Idaho Code 74-206 (1)(b)
"to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaint or charges brought against, a
public officer, employee or staff member or individual agent. "

Councilmember Baumeister seconded motion to enter into executive session

Councilmember Lewis motioned to exit the executive session
Councilmember Evans seconded motion to exit executive session
