RESOLUTION NO. 03 - 2017
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO,
ADOPTING THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK SNOW AND ICE CONTROL POLICIES
AND PROCEDURES MANUAL
WHEREAS, the Chubbuck City Council has adopted Ordinance Number 770on this date
which provides for adoption by Resolution of the City of Chubbuck Snow and Ice Control
Policies and Procedures Manual which provides for consistency in snow removal operations
within the City;
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has presented such Manual dated December,
2017 to the Council and has recommended its adoption of the Manual;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Chubbuck that the
December, 2017 City of Chubbuck Snow and Ice Control Policies and Procedures Manual
is hereby adopted by the City of Chubbuck effective as of the date Ordinance is effective.
Passed and Approved by the Mayor and Council of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, this
