Penalties. Any minor violating the provisions of this Section shall be dealt with in accordance with Juvenile Court law and pro.. cedure. Any parent, guardian, or other adult person having the care and custody of a minor violating this Section shall be fined not less than $25.00, nor more than $100.00, or confined in jail not more than 30 days or punished by both said fine and imprisor� ment for each offense.
