NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that on the 29th day of Septem-
ber, 1972 at 7:00 o'clock p.m.,
in the Municipal building at 5160
Yellowstone Ave., Chubbuck, Ida-
ho, the Planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Chubbuck
will hold a public hearing to
act upon the following requests:
1, Ross C. Kelly, E. Chubbuck
Rd. requests the zoning be chang-
ed from AT (Agricultural Tran-'
sitional) to R-3 on the following
described property.
Commencing at the West one -
sixteenth corner of the South
Line of Section 2, Township
6 South, Range 34 E. B. M;
Thence North along the West
one -sixteenth Line 164.76 feet
to point of beginning; thence
continuing North 299.66 feet;
thence South 89 degree 48'
West, 342.47 feet; Thence 53
degree 49' East, 300 feet thence
North 89 degree 48' East,
330.77 feet to the point of be-
ginning. Same being a tract

Range 34 EBM, Bannock Coun-
ty, Idaho, excepting ther6from
the right of way for Hayfield

at Page 513, Records of Ban-
nock County Idaho.
