NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that a public hearing will be held
in the City of Chubbuck, County
of Bannock, Idaho, at the city of-
fice, 5160 Yellowstone, Chub -
buck, Idaho, at the hour of 8:30
P.M. on the 27th day of June,
19720
The purpose of said meeting
shall be to hear testimony with
regard to the environmental im-
pact of the proposed municipal
sewage collection system of the
city of Chubbuck, Idaho. A draft
environmental assessment has
been 'prepared by the engineer-
ing Firm of Forsgren and Perk-
ins, Rexburg, Idaho, and said
draft is available for review
at the Chubbuck City Office dur-
ing regular business hours.
The public is invited to appear
and give testimony at said hear-
ing.
