NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that on the ist'day of June, 1972
at 8:00 o'clock p.m., in the Mun-
icipal building at 51.50 Yellow-
stone Ave., Chubbuck, Idaho, the
Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Chubbuck will hold
a public hearing to act upon.
the following requests:
1. Ray W. Echols, 5627 Sor-
rell
orrell Drive requests a variance
to zoning to allow the operation
of a business of selling plants,
to be known as the R, & L.
Greenhouse, in the R -2L zone
in which he resides.
Interested citizens may ap-
pear and at that tune will be
given an opportunity to be heard
in support of or in opposition
to the proposed matters.
