AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO EX-
CLUDING FROM THE BOUN-
DARIES OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, CERTAIN
LANDS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
Mayor and City Council of the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho, that
the following described lands
be, and the same are hereby:
excluded from the boundaries
of the City of Chubbuck and are
no longer a part of the juris-
dictional limits or within the
boundaries of the City of Chub -
buck. Said lands are more part-
icularly described asfollows,
to -wit:
All lands in the Northwest
1/d of Section 2, Township
6 South, Range 34 E.B.M.,
and the following land in the
Southwest 1/4 of Section 2,
Township 6 South, Range 3.1
E.B.M.:
Beginning at a point on they
North boundary of the South
west 1/4 of said Section 2,
midway between the East
boundary and the West bound-
ary of said section; Thence
running South along said line
to a point 340 feet North
of the South boundary of the
Southwest 1/4 of the said sec-
tion; thence running West to
the Easterly boundary of (lie
right of way of the Fort
Hall Main Canal; thence run-
ning North along; the East
boundary of the Fort Hall
Main Canal to the North
boundary line of the South-
west 1/4 of said section; thence
running East along said North
boundary line to the point of
beginning.
