AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK
COUNTY IDAHO, ANNEXING
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED
LAND, TO -WIT:
Beginning at the Northwest
corner of the Southeast Quar-
ter of section 10. TuwnshiD 6
South Range 34 East Boise Me-
ridian, running thence East
along the Northern boundary of
the Southeast quarter of said
Section 10, Township 6 South,
Range 34 East Boise Mer-
idian to a point where said
boundary line intersects the
Western Boundary of the Stuart
lateral; thence running in a
Southerly direction along the
Western Boundary of the Stuart
lateral to a point where the
Stuart lateral intersects the
existing boundary of the City
of Chubbuck; thence running
in a Westerly direction along
the existing boundary of the
City of Chubbuck to a point
where said boundaryinier-
sects the West boundary line
of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 10, Township 6 South,
Range 34 East Boise Mer-
idian; thence running North
on said boundary line to the
point of beginning.
ALL IN BANNOCK COUNTY
IDAHO; ANNEXING CERTAIN
LANDS LYING ADJACENT AND
CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, ANDDECLAR-
ING SAID LAND A PART OF THE
CITY:
BE IT ORDAINED, by the
Mayor and the Council of the
City of Chubbuck, Bannock Coun-
ty, Idaho, to -wit:
Section 1. That the following
described land, located in Ban-
nock County, State of Idaho,
to -wit;
Beginning at the Northwest
corner of the Southeast Quar-
ter of Section 10, Township
6 South, Range 34 East Boise
Meridian. Running thence East
along the Northern boundary
of the Southeast quarter of
said Section 10, Township 6
South, Range 34 East Boise
Meridian to a point where
said boundary line intersects
the Western boundary of the
Stuart lateral; thence running
in a Southerly direction along
the Western boundary of the
Stuart lateral to a point where
the Stuart lateral intersects
the existing boundary of the
City of Chubbuck; thence run-
ning in a Westerly direction
along the existing boundary
of the City of Chubbuck to
a point where said boundary
intersects the West boundary
line of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 10 Township 6
South, Range 34, East Boise
Meridian; thence running
North on said boundary line
to the point of beginning.
be and the same herebyisannex-
ed to the City of Chubbuck, Ban-
nock County, Idaho, and declared
to be a part of said City.
Section 2. That it shall be the
duty of the City Clerk of the City
of Chubbuck immediately after
the passage, approval and due
publication of this- Ordinance
according to law, to file with the
Countv Recorder of Bannock

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That_________ shy_____________
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
