AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BAN -
NOCK COUNTY IDAHO APPRO-
PRIATING A SUM OF MONEY
DEEMED NECESSARY AND
SUFFICIENT TO DEFRAY ALL
EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES
OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
FOR THE INTERIM OF JAN-
UARY 1, 1972 AND ENDING
MARCH 31, 1972 AND BE
KNOWN AS AN 'INTERIM AP-
PROPRIATION ORDINANCE,"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BAN -
NOCK COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1, THAT THE SUM of
$54,655,00 is hereby designated
as sufficient funds for the pay-
ment of expenses and salaries
until the "ANNUAL APPROPRI-
ATION ORDINANCE" ispassed.
Section 2, That all ordinances
or resolutions or parts thereof
in conflict herewith be and the
same are hereby expressly re-
p eal ed.
Section 3. That this ordinance
shall take effect from and after
its passage, approval and pub-
lication, an emergency existing
therefore, which emergency is
hereby found and declared to ex-
ist,

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly pub-
lished in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the
publication of said notice or advertisement and is a newspaper within
the meaning of the laws of Idaho.
