AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK IDAHO, RE-
PEALING ORDINANCE NO,
95 OF THE CITY OF CHUB -
BUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY,
IDAHO, INSOFAR AS SUCH
ORDINANCE RELATES TO
THE SALE OF BEER BYPER-
SONS LICENSED ONLY FOR
CONSUMPTION OFF THE
PREMISES AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY 'OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
SECTION 1; That that certain
ordinance of the City of Chub -
buck, Bannock County, Idaho,
No, 95, passed and approved on
the 27th day of April 1911, is
hereby repealed insofar as the
same relates to the sale of beer
for consumption off the premis-
es by persons licensed under the
provisions .of Ordinance No, 62
of the Village of Chubbuck, Ban-
nock County, Idaho, only for
consumption off the premises.
SECTION 2: That it is hereby
declared that an emergency does
exist and that this ordinance
shall take effect and shall be in
full force and effect from its
passage, approval and publica-
tion as provided by law,

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
