the Planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Chub -
buck will hold Public Hearing
to act upon the following re-
quest -

qquests a variance from Resi-
denqal-2 to Commercial -1 on
Lots 10 and II Block 1,�Neid-
er 1st Addition for a proposed
Circle K Store.
interested -citizens may ag -
pear and at that time will be

the proposed matters.
