NOTICE OF CITY ELECTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN,
That the General City Election
to be held in and for the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, will be held on
Tuesday, the 2nd day of Novem•
her, 1971, on which day Polls
will be open from 12:00 noon until
8:00 o'clock p.m, at the follow-
ing designated Polling Place:
Chubbuck Fire Station, 4727
Yellowstone Ave., Chubbuck,
Idaho
In order to vote at this elec-
tion, each voter must meet the
following requirements:
1. He must be at least 18
years of age;
2. He must be a citizen of the
United States;
3. He must have resided within
the corporate limits of the city
for not less than three months
preceding the election;
4, He must have registered
for the election or must have vot•
ed at the last general city elec-
tion held by this City.
5. Is otherwise qualified under
Sections 50.411 and 50-412,Idaho
Code.
City Electors may register
from and after the date of post-
ing or publication of this notice
during regular business hours on
each day except Sundays and
holidays until and including Sat-
urday next preceding the elec.

day and Saturday next preceding
the above noticed election, elec-
tors may register between the
hours of 9:00 o'clock a.m. and
5:00 o'clock P.M. and between
the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 9:00
o'clock p.m.

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That______Sne
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
