AN O&URNANCE OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK
COUNTY, IDAHO ANNEXING
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED
LANDTO-WIT:
Beginning at the Northwest
corner of the Southeast Quar-
ter of Section 10, Township 6
South, Range 34 East Boise
Meridian; running thence East
along the Northern boundary
of the -Southeast quarter of
said Section 10, Township 6
South Range 34 East Boise
Meridian to a point where said
boundary line intersects the
Western Boundary of the
Stuart lateral; thence running
in a Southerly direction along
the Western Boundary of the
Stuart lateral to a pointwhere
the Stuart lateral intersects
the existing boundary of the
City of Chubbuck; thence run-
ning in a Westerly direction
along the existing boundary of
the City of Chubbuck toapoint
where said boundary inter-
sects the West boundary Iine
of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 10, Township 6 South,
Range 34 East Boise Meri-
dian; thence running North on
said boundary line to the point
of beginning.

IDAHO: ANNEXING CERTAIN
LANDS LYING ADJACENT AND
CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITYOF
CHUBBUCK, AND DECLARING
SAID LAND A PART OF THE
CITY;
BE IT ORDAINED, by the
Mayor and the Council of the
City of, Chubbuck, Bannock Coun•
ty, Idaho, to -wit:
Section 1. That the following
described land, located in Ban-
nock County, State of Idaho, to -
wit:
Beginning at - the Northwest

ter of Section 10, Township 6
South Range 34 East Boise
Meridian. Running thence

where said boundary inter-

Range 34, East Boise Meri-
dian; thence running North on
said boundary line to the point
of beginning.
be and the same hereby is an-
nexed to the City of Chubbuck,
Bannock County, Idaho, and
declared to be a part of said
City.
Section 2. That it shall be
the duty of the City Clerk of the
City of Chubbuck immediately
after the passage, approval and
due publication ofthisOrdinance

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That_____________________
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
