ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals will be re-
ceived by the City of Chubbuck,
Bannock County, Idaho at the city
office at 5160 Yellowstone Ave.,
Chubbuck, Idaho, until 5:00
o'clock p.m. September 28, 1971,
for painting a water tank lo-
cated on -East Chubbuck Road.
Bidding documents may beob-
tained at the Chubbuck City Of-
fice at the above address.
All proposals shall be on the
form provided by the city and
shall be accompanied by an ac-
ceptable bid guarantee in an
amount equal to 5 per cent of the
bid.
Proposals sent thru the mail
must be plainly marked as such
and addressed to the Chubbuck
City Clerk at 5160 Yellowstone
Ave., Pocatello, Idaho, 83201.
No Bidder maywithdrawhis
Bid after the time set for open-
ing thereof, unless the award
of contract is delayed for a
period of thirty days.
The successful Bidder will be
required to furnish a satisfac-
tory performance. bond, a pay-
ment bond, insurance and all else
provided by the Contract Docu-
ments.
The owner reserves the right
to accept or reject any or all
proposals or alternates that may
be deemed for his best inter-
ests.

America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
