Public notice is hereby given
that at the special municipal
bond election to be held in the
City of Chubbuck, Bannock Coun.
ty, Idaho, on Tuesday, the 13th
day of July, 1971, that in addi.
tion to those persons qualified
to vote as set forth in the Notice
of said election published on May
28, June 11, 18, 25, July 2, 1971
there will be permitted to vote
those citizens of the United
States who are, on the date of
the election eighteen (18) years
of age but less than twenty-one
(21) years of age, and who have
been residents of the State of
Idaho for six (6) months and the
City of Chubbuck, County of
Bannock, forthethree(3) months
immediately preeeding said
election; said persons shall be
allowed to vote at said election
whether or not they have pre-
viously registered. All other
persons must register as pro•
vided in Ordinance No. 96 of the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho, signed
and approved the 20th day of May,
1971, and in accordance with
the previous notice of said elec.
tion.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
