TION SEWER BOND)QUESTION
SUBMITTED:
Shall the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, issue and sell its ne-
gotiable, coupon, general obli-
gation sewer bonds in the
aggregate principal amount of
$80,600.00, or so much there-
of as may be necessary, ma-
turing annually, with the first
annual principal payment ma-
turing and payable within two
years frolp and after the date
of the bonds and the last annual
principal payment maturing
and payable during the thir-
tieth year from the date of
the bonds (provided, that the
last maturity. shall not ex=
-need ttdrty years from the
date of the bonds), bearing
interest at a rate or rates not
to exceed six per centum (6%)
per annum, and payable from
taxes levied annually upon all
of the taxable property lo-
cated in said City,forthepur-
pose of providing funds with
which to construct a sewerage
system, all in accordance with
the _provisions of Ordinance
No. 96, signed and approved
the 20th day of May, 1971?
THIRD (JOINT WATER AND
SEWER REVENUE BONDS)
QUESTION SUBMITTED:
Shall the City of Chubbuck
Idaho, issue and sell its join
water and sewer revenue
bonds in the aggregate prin-
cipal amount of $523,500.00,
or so much thereof as may
be necessary, for the pur-
pose of providing funds with
which to construct a sewer-
age system and improve, bet-
ter and extend the water sys-
tem, the sewer system and
the water system to consti-
tute and be operated as a sin-
gle utility, said bonds to ma-
ture serially commencing 1
year and ending 30 years frdm
the January 1 following deliv-
ery and to bear interest at a
rate or rates not to exceed
6 per cent per annum, as
more fully provided in Or-
dinance No. 96, 'signed and
approved the 20th day of May,
1971, the principal of and the
interest on said bonds to be
payable solely from the net
revenues to be derived from
the operation of the joint water

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That ___she-------------------
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
