OF PUBLIC HEARING, CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDABO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that on Tuesday, the ist day of
June, 1971, at 7:00 o'clock P.M.
at the Chubbuck Elementary
School, the City of Chubbuck
will hold a public hearing in re
•
lation to the adoption of a pro-
posed Zoning Ordinance for the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho. Said
Ordinance will adopt rules, reg-
ulations, restrictions and bound-
aries pertaining to the height,
size and number of stories of
buildings and other structures,
the percentage of lots that may
be occupied by buildings, the
size of yards, courts and other
open spaces, the densityofpopu-
lation, the limitation and use of
building structures and land for
trade, industries, residences
and other purposes, and will
regulate and restrict the erec-
tion and construction, recon-
struction, alteration, repair or
use of buildings, structures, or
land.
Said Ordinance will affect all
lands lying within the boundar•
ies of the City of Chubbuck, Ida•
ho. All persons having an in
•
terest in said ordinance are in:
vited to attend and will be given
the opportunity to be heard.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the sold IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly pub-
lished in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the

the meaning of the laws of Idaho.
