HomeMy WebLinkAbout04 30 1971 Ord. 95PROOF OF PUBLICATION STATE OF IDAHO ssr County of Bannock ORDINANCE NO. 95 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUN- ty, IDAHO, ESTABLISHING THE HOURS DURING WHICH BEER MAY BE SOLD FOR CON- SUMPTION OFF THE PREM- ISES IN THE CITY OF CHUB - BUCK. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAY- OR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK IDAHO: SECTION 1: It shall be unlaw- ful for any person who has re- ceived a license pursuant to Ordinance No. 62 of the Village of Chubbdck, Bannock County, Idaho, to sell, offer for sale, lend, dispose of by gift or other- wise, any beer as defined in said Ordinance, between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m, on any day of the week, or from 1:00 a.m. on Sunday until 7:00 a.m. of the following Monday. SECTION 2: It is hereby de- clared that an emergency does exist and that this ordinance shall take effect and shall be in full force and effect from and after upon its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
