AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK
COUNTY, IDAHO, REPEALING
ORDINANCE No. 68 OF THE
VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK, BAN.
NOCK COUNTY IDAHO AND
REAFFIRMING IN ITS ENTIRE-
TY ORDINANCE No. 62 OF THE
VILLAGE OF CHUBBUCK, BAN -
NOCK COUNTYIDAlio.
BE IT ORDt�iINED BY THE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
1. That that certain ordinance
No. 68 being an ordinance of
the Village of Chubbuck, Ban.
nock County, Idaho, passed by
the Board of Trustees of the Vii-
lace of Chubbuck and approved
on the 15th day of February,
1966, be and the same is hereby
repealed in its entirety.
2. That that certain Ordinance
No. 62 being an ordinance of
the Village of Chubbuck, Ban-
nock County, Idaho, and passed
by the Board of Trustees of the
Village of Chubbuck and approv.
ed the 11th day of August, 1964,
be and the same is hereby re-
affirmed in its entirety.
3. That it is hereby declared
that an emergency does erast
and that this Ordinance shall take
effect and be in full force and
effect from its passage, ap•
proval and publication as provid-
ed by law.

COUNCIL of the City of Chub -
buck, Bannock County, Idaho this
21st day of April, 1971.
