BEGINNING ON THE 1stDAYOF
JANUARY, 1971, AND ENDING
ON THE 31St DAY OF DECEM-
BER, 1971 AND DESIGNATING
THE DIFFERENT FUNDS TO
WHICH THE REVENUES RE-
CEIVED DURING SAID FISCAL
YEAR SHALL BE CREDITED
AND FROM WHICH EXPENSES
SHALL BE DRAWN AND PAID,
AND KNOWN ASTHE "ANNUAL
APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
OF 1971.11; PROVIDING FOR
THIS ORDINANCE TO TAKE
EFFECT AFTER. ITS PASSAGE,
APPROVAL AND PUBLICA•
TION ACCORDING TO LAW,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT OR-
DAINED BY THE MAYOR AND
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK A MUNICIPAL
CORPORATION OF IDAHO, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the following
Hands are hereby designated as
the proper funds into which all
revenues accruing to the City
of Chubbuck from all sources
shall be paid during the fiscal
year beginning on the 1st day
of January 1971 and ending
on the 31s1 day of December,
1971:
General Fund
General Bond Interest Fund
General Bond Sinking Fund
Waterworks Fund
Revenue Bond Interest Fund
Revenue Bond Sinking Fund
Section 2: That the following
sums of money are hereby ap-
propriated from the General
Fund for the payment of all
general expenses of the City of
Chubbuck during aforesaid fis.

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That -------he
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
