AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO,
ADOPTING THE" "IDAHO LIQ-
UOR AND BEER LAWS,"PRO.
VID-NG THAT THREE COPIES
OF SAID LIQUOR AND BEER
L A W S DULY CER'T'IFIED
SHALL BE KEPT ON FILE IAT
THE OFFICE OF THE CITY
CLERK: REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH AND FIXING AN EF-
FECTIVE DATE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
Section 1. There is hereby
adopted for the purpose of gov-
erning the licensing, sale and
use of alcoholic beverages with-
in the City of Chubbuck, the laws
of the State of Idaho being par.
ticularly Title 23, Idaho Code,
as presently in effect or as may
hereafter be amended by the Leg.
islature and as contained in that
certain volume "Idaho Lig,-or
a r, d Beer Laws," revised
through the acts of the 1969 leg-
islature or by the governing body
of the City of Chubbuck. And the
sane are hereby adopted and in-
corporated as an ordinance of
the city as fully as though set
forth at length herein,
Section 2. Three copies of the
Idaho Liauor and Beer Laws,to-
gether with all amendments
thereto, all duly certified by the
city clerk, shall be kept on file
in the office of the city clerk€or
use and examination of and by
the public.
Section 3. All ordinances of
the City of Chubbuck, in conflict
herewith, are hereby repealed as
of the effective date and time of
this ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect Jaz.-
uary 2, 1971, 12:01 A.M.

Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
