OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK
COUNTY, IDAHO APPROPRI-
ATING A SUM OF MONEY
DEEMED NECESSARY AND
SUFFICIENT TO DEFRAY ALL
EXPJINSES AND LIABILITIES
OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
FOR THE INTERIM OF JAN-
UARY 1, 1971 AND ENDING
MARCH 31, 1971 AND BE
KNOWN AS AN "INTERIM AP-
PROPRIATION ORDINANCE."
13E IT ORDAINED BY THE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BAN -
NOCK COUNTY, IDAHO.
Section 1. THAT THE SUM OF
$45,872.00 is hereby designated
as sufficient funds for the pay.
ment of expenses and salaries
until the "ANNUAL APPROPRI•
ATION ORDINANCE" is passed.
Section 2. That all ordinances
or resolutions or parts thereof
in conflict herewith be and the
same are hereby expressly re-
pealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance
shall take effect from and after
its passage, approval and publi•
cation, an emergency existing
therefor, which emergency is
hereby found and declared to
exist.

America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
