AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO ESTAB-
LISHING THE RATES TO BE
BY THE CITY FR
WATER EFURNI HED THROUGH
THE MUNICIPAL WATER SYS-
TEM; ESTABLISHING THE
RATES TO BE CHARGED BY
THE CITY FOR GARBAGE COL-
LECTION THROUGH THE MU'
NICIPAL SANITARY SERVICE
SYSTEM; ESTABLISHING THE
RATES TO BE CHARGED BY
THE CITY FOR SEWAGE DIS-
POSAL THROUGH THE MUNI-
CIPAL SEWER SYSTEM; PRE-
SCRIBING THE BILLING AND
COLLECTION PROCEDURES
FOR EACH OF THE MUNICI-
PAL SERVICES DESCRIBED
ABOVE; REPEALING THE CON-
FLICTING PROVISION OF ANY
PRIOR ORDINANCE TO THE
EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT;
PROTECTING THE REMAINING
PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDI-
NANCE IF ONE PROVISION
SHOULD BE HELD INVALID;
AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS
ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CI'T'Y OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
SECTION 1: Water rates. The
rates charged for waterfurnish-
ed through the Municipal Water
System shall be those set forth
in Ordinances 78, 79 and 100 of
the City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
passed and approved on June 11,
1968, November 12, 1968, and
October 12, 1971, respectively,

SECTION 3: Sewer rates. The
rates charged for sewage dis-
posal through the Municipal Sew-
er System shall be as follows:

charged by the city for each con-
nection of a private sewer line
to the Municipal Sewer System;
provided, that if the private
sewer line services more than
one lot, property, building, resi-
dence or living unit disposing of
sewage wastes, the connection
fee shall be increased by $10.00
for each such additional lot,
property, building, residence or
living unit.
1. In addition to the fee
provided above the city shall
charge its actual costs for con-
nection to a sewer line of the
Municipal Sewer System which
has been or must be extended
to reach the private sewer line
servicing a lot, property,
building or residence con-
structed prior to January 1,
1974, and subsequent to the
ratification of the revenue
bond issue set forth in Ordi.

America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly pub-
lished in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the
publication of said notice or advertisement and is a newspaper within
the meaning of the laws of Idaho.
