NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that on the 7th day of January,
1974. at the hour of 8:04 o'clock
P.M., in the Municipal Building
at 5160 Yellowstone Ave., Chub -
buck, Idaho the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the city
of Chubbuck will hold a public
hearing to act upon the follow-
ing request:
I. A proposal by H. Hal Clarke
ano Lowell R. Allen requesting
a variance allowing them to op-
erate a Mobile Homes Sales
business at 4639 Yellowstone
using a mobile unit as the office.
Interested citizens may ap-
pear and at the time will be
given an opportunity to be heard
in support of or in oppostion to
the proposed change.

America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
