ORDINANCE NO. 130
AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF CHUBSUCI' IDAHO,
ADOPTING THE 1973 EDI-
TION OF THE UNIFORM FIRE
CODE PROMULGATED BY
THE IN'T'ERNATIONAL CON-
FERENCE OF BUILDING OF-
FICIALS AND THE WESTERN
FIRE CHIEFS ASSOCIATION,
PROVIDING THAT THREE
COPIES OF THE CODE AND
AMENDMENTS THERETO
SHALL BE ON FILE IN THE
OFFICE OF THE CITY
CLERK, REPEALING ALL
CONFE!CTING OR DINAN-
CES AND PROVIDING; WHEN
THIS ORDINANCE`' SMALL BE-
COME EFFECTIVE.
BE 1T ORDAINED BY THE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBHUCK, IDAHO:

degree life and property from
the hazards of fire and explo-
sion arising from the storage,
handling and use of hazardous
substances, materials and de-,
vices, and from conditions haz-
ardous to life or porperty in the
rise or occupancy Of buildings"
or premises.

the Uniform Fire Code, promul-
gated by the International Con-
ference of Building Officials and
the Western Fire Chiefs As-
sociation, is hereby adopted and
incorporated as an ordinance
of the City of Chubbuck, in its
current form and as it may here.

SEC.TFON 3: VUin�', That
three copies of the 1973 edition
Of the Uniform Fire Code, to.
gether with all amendments
thereto, duly certified by the
C ity C lerk, shalt be kept on file
in the Clerk's office for use and
examination by the public.
SECTION 4; Repeal. That all
prior conflicting Ordinances of
the City of Chubbuck are Hereby
repealed to the extent of such
conflicts.
That the rule requiring, ordi-
nance to be read on three sep-
arate days is hereby dispensed
with, and this ordinance shall
become effective upon its ap-
proval and publication as pro -I
vided by law.
