NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that on the 1 st day of November,
1973, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock
p.m•, in the Municiaplbuilding at
5160 Yellowstone Ave., Chub -
buck, Idaho the Planning and Zon-
ing Commission of the City of
C hubbuck will hold a public hear-
ing to act upon the following re-
quest:
I. A proposal by Jerry R.
Tydeman, 156 Hiway Avenue, re-
questing a variance allowing him
to operate a business at his
residence. Mr. Tydeman pro-
poses- to build a 24 foot x 50 foot
garage with no side yard re-
quirement but with 125footfront
yard setback Mr. Tydeman also
requests to place a lighted sign
I foot x 8 foot and only 3 foot
above the ground and 2foot from
the front yard property line and
attached to the fence along the
present driveway.
Interested citizens may ap-
pear and at the time will be given
an opportunity to. be heard in
support of or in opposition to the
proposed change,

Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
