ORDI- NANCE NO. 98 OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK IDAHO, INSO- F AR AS IT 'PERTAINS TO "RAISING LIVESTOCK," BY IN- CORPORATING T H R O U G h REFERENCE ORDINANCE NO. 112 OF THE CITY OF CHUB - BUCK, IDAHO; AND PROVIDING W H E N THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE. BF IT ORDAINED BY THE MAY- OR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY . OF CHUBBUCIt, IDAHO: SECTION 1: That Chapter 1, Section 3 (E), of Ordinance No, 98 of the City of Chabbuck, Idaho, passed and approved on the 28th day of September, 1971, is hereby amended as follows: E. Area Requirements: 1. TTFe minimum lot area for each residential struc- ture shall be nine thousand (9,000) square feet and alot width at the established building line of not less than seventy-five (75) feet. 2. Not more than thirty- five (35) per cent of the lot area may be covered by buildings or structures. 3.
