ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, REGU-
LATING THIS MOVING OF
BUILDINGS OR STRUCTURES
WITHIN OR INTO THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK; PROVIDING FOR
ANY PERSON SEEKING TO
MOVE BUILDINGS OR STRUC-
TURES TO ADVISE THE CITY
CLERK OF THE PRESENT LO-
CATION AND FUTURE DESTI-
NATION OF THE BUILDING OR
STRUCTURE TO BE MOVED;
PROVIDING FOR THE CITY OF'
CHUBBUCK TO CAUSE THE
BUILDING OR STRUCTURE TO
B[i INSPECTED TO COMPLY
WITH ALL APPLICABLE
CODES; PROVIDING FOR THE
OWNER TO GUARANTEE THAT
TILE BUILDING OR STRUC-
TURE WILL BE BROUGHT IN-
TO COMPLIANCE W I T H
BUILDING CODES AND ZON-
ING REGULATION; PROVID-
ING FOR A BOND, IF NECES-
SARY, FOR THE GUARANTEE
TIIAT SAID 13UILDING .WILL
COMPLY WITH BUILDING
CODES AND 'ZONING REGULA-
TIONS; PROVIDING FOR A
PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF'
SAID ORDINANCE. PROVIDING
EFFECTIVE DATE OF ORDI-
NANCE, THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE:
UPON ITS PASSAGE, AP-
PROVAL AND PUBLICATION
AS PROVIDED BY LAW, THE
RULE REQUIRING READING ON
THREE SEPARATE DAYS HAVE
BEEN DISPENSED WITH.
IT APPEARING TO THE
MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO THAT IN ORDER TO
PROTZCT THE RESIDENTS OF'
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO AND TO
PREVENT DEVALUITION .OF
PROPERTY VALUES AND TO
PROMOTE THE GENERAL
WELFARE OF THE CITY OF'',
CHUBBUCK AND ITS RESI-
DENTS, THAT IT IS NECES-
SARY AND DESIRABLE TO EN-
ACT AN ORDINANCE REGU-
LATING' THE MOVING OF
BUILDINGS OR STRUCTURES
WITHIN THE CITY OF CHUB -
BUCK OR INTO THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR
AND CI'T'Y COUNCIL OF CHUB -
BUCK, IDAHO -
Section 1, No person, cor-
poration, or association shall
move or cause to .be moved
any building or structure into
or within the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, without first notifying in
writing the City Clerk of, the
City of Chubbuck the present
location and future destination
of the building or structure to
be moved.
Section 2, Upon receiving the
written notification referred to
in Section I, the City of Chub -
buck shall cause the building
or structure to be inspected
and examined by the building
inspector to determine wheth-
er the same will comply with
all building codes and other
applicable codes; and further
to determine that the proposed
building or structure will be
consistent with the type of
buildings or structures in the
area to which it will be moved

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That ------------ she _-____-----
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and raving a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

That said paper Inas been continuously and uninterruptedly pub-
lished in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the
publication of said notice or advertisement and is a newspaper within
the meaning of the laws of Idaho.
