- NOTICE OF CITY ELECTION
AND REGISTRA'T`ION
NOTICE. IS HEREBY i;IVEN
That on Tuesday, the 6th day of
November, 1973, the general
city election of the city of Chub -
buck will be held for the elec-
tion of a mayor and two (2)
councilmen to serve for a term
of four vears.
HOURS -OF-VOTING. Thepolls
for said general city election
shall open at 12:00 noon, and will
remain open for voting until
8:00 p.m., Mountain Standard
Time, on said date of election.
POLLING PLACES. Fair
electors residing in Chubbuck
Precinct the Polling place will
be Chubbuck Elementary School,
5045 Hawthorne Road, Chub -
buck, Tdaho.
QUALIFICATIONS OF ELEC-
TORS. Every male or female
citizen of. the United States,
eighteen (18) years old, who has
actually establisbed a bona fide
residence in the city where he
or she offers to vote prior to
the day of election, if registered
within the time period provided
by law, is a qualified elector.

REGISTRATION. Registration
of "electors whall begin on the
22nd day of September, 1973,
at 9:00 a.m., and shall close on
the 3rd day of November. 1973:
at 9:00 p.m., Mountain Standard
Time.
An elector for said general
city election shall not be re-
quired to again register if he
or she voted at the general city
election of the city of Chub -
buck in the year 1971 or special
bond election in the year 1972;
so long as he or she shall con-
tinue to reside within the city
of Chubbuck. If a registered
elector shall have failed or ne-
glected to vote at the last elec-
tion in the city of Chubbuck,
the name of such elector will
have been stricken by the City
Clerk from the electors' regis-
ter, and such elector in order
to vote at the general city elec-
tion to be held on the 6th day
of November, 1973 must again
register.
The City Clerk as. registrar,
or the Deputy City Clerk as
deputy registrar, will register
electors between the hours of
9:09 a.m. and 5:00 p.m„ dur-
ing the period of registration
and on November 1, 2, and 3,
electors may register at the
City Hall between the hours
of 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

said city election shall be: Vera
C, Armstrong, City Clerk
PLACE OF REGISTRATION.
Electors may register at City
Hall.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
