NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 5th
day of July, 1973 at the hour of
8:00 p.m., in the Municipal Build-
ing at 5160 Yellowstone Ave., Chubbuck,
Idaho, the Planning and Zoning Commis-
sion of the City of Chubbuck will hold
a public hearing to act upon the
following request.
1. A proposal by George A. and E. Beth
Lish, 258 West Chubbuck Rd., to change
the zoning from Residential -3 Livestock
to Residential -2 Trailers on the
following described property; The 1
North 204 feet of Block 9, Chubbuck Acres,
fronting of Lish Street (new access
street for the Circle In Mobile Home
Court).

Interested citizens may appear and at
the time will be given an opportunity
to be heard in support of or in oppo-
sition to the proposed change.
