NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the
7th day of June, 1973 at the houj'
of 8:00 o'clock p.m., in the Muni-
cipal building at 5160 Yellowstone
Ave., Chubbuck, Idaho, the Planning
and Zoning Commission of the city
of Chubbuck will hold a public hear-
ing to act upon the following re-
quests.
1. A proposal by Dr. & Mrs. Edward
Shaw and Mr. & Mrs. Max K. Ranstrom
to change the zoning from Residen-
tial -2 Trailers to Residential -2 Li-
vestock on the following described
property; The area East of Burley
Drive to the Westerly boundary of
the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-
way and including all the area from
the Northerly boundary of Interstate
15-W, North to a point which would
be an extension of the centerline of
East Linden Avenue.
2. R. C. Hillman and Rick D. Hill-
man request a Conditional Use Permit
for the location of a radio tower on
the following described property
which is zoned Light Industrial; a
tract of Land in the East half of
SE 1/2, Section 3, T. 6S., R. 34,
E .B .M. , Bannock County, Idaho, more
particularly described as follows;
property lying on the West side of
Whitaker Rd in the 300 block; commen-
cing at a point where the Southerly
boundary of Hillman property joins
the Easterly boundary of the Oregon
Shortline Railroad Company right -of=
way; thence North along said right-
of-way a distance of 200 feet; thence -
at right angles South a distance of
387.58 feet; thence at right angles
West a distance of 200 feet to point
of beginning.
3. John D. Powell, Jr. requests a
variance in zoning to allow the
placement of a trailer for res-
idental purpose'on his property
at 121 Evans Lane which is zoned
General Commercial -3.
Interested citizens may appear
and at the time will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support
of or in opposition to the proposed
change.
