AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, PRO-
VIDING FOR CERTAIN LANDS
AND PROPERTY WITHIN THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK TO BE RE -ZONED
AND CHANGED FROM ZONE
AT -(AGRICULTURAL TRANSI-
TIONAL) TO ZONE R -2L (RE-
SIDENTIAL 2, LIVESTOCKPER-
MITTED); PROVIDING FOR THIS
ORDINANCE TO BE IN EFFECT
ON ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL
AND PUBLICATION ACCORD-
ING TO LAW, THE RULE RE-
QUIRING ORDINANCES TO BE
READ ON THREE SEPARATE
DAYS HAVING BEEN DISPENS-
ED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT OR,
DAINED BY THE MAYOR AND
CITY COUNCIL OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO:
Section 1. That the real pro-
perty described as:
Commencing at the west 1-16
corner on the south line of Sec-
tion 2, T. 6 S., R. 34 E., B.M.
thence N. 1 degree 34, West
along the west 1-16 line on the
said Section 2, 464.42 feet to
the point of beginning; thence
S. 89 degrees 48' W. 442.47
feet' to the centerline of the
Fort Hall Main Canal, thence
northerly along the said center-
line 205 feet, thence N. 89 de-
grees 487 E. 448.08 feet to the
aforesaid west 1-16 line thence
S. 1 degrees 347 E. 204,9 feet
to the point of beginning.
The same being property owned
by Francisco A. Cuoio, is here-
by re -zoned and changed from
Zone AT (Agricultural Transi.
tional) to Zone R-21, (Resident-
ial 2, Livestock permitted).
Section 2. That the re:.l property
described as:

corner of the South Line of Sec-
tion 2, T. 6 S., R. 34 E., B.M.,
thence north along the West 1-16
Line 164.76 feet to point of be-
ginning; thence continuing north
299.66 feet; thence S. 89 degrees

degrees 49' 300 feet, thence

330.77 feet to the point
of beginning. Same being a tract
of land in the SE 1/4 SW 1/4
SW'/ Section 2, T. 6 S., R.
34 E., B.M., Bannock County,
Idaho, excepting therefrom the
right of way for Hayfield Air-
port Road as described in deed
recorded in Book 106, at Page
513, Records of Bannock Cnisnty

being first duly sworn, on his oath, deposes said says;
That he is a citizens of the United States of ,America,
over the age of 21 years; that he watt at all times
herein mentioned the principal Clerk of the Bannock
Coimty News, a weekly newspaper published at Me-
Caanmon, County of Bannock, State of Idaho, and
having a general circulation therein.
That said deponent, during all times mentioned in
i lds affidavit, has had and still has charge of all the
